About the conference

The third edition of the International Conference on Mechanics, Materials, and Energy (MME-2024) is scheduled to take place from May 20 to 22, 2024, at the International University of Rabat (UIR). Following the remarkable successes of previous editions in Oujda and El Jadida, we are delighted to once again bring together researchers from the academic, scientific, and industrial worlds for this exciting event.

 

For this event, the International University of Rabat is making available the facilities of its business school, RBS, for the conference

 

Organized by the International University of Rabat (UIR) and the Moroccan Society of Materials, Mechanics, and Energy (S3ME), in partnership with Chouaib Doukkali University in Morocco, the University of Lorraine in France, and the University of Tunis El Manar in Tunisia, along with Socioeconomic Operators, MME-2024 will provide a privileged opportunity to explore the latest advancements and future prospects in the fields of materials engineering, mechanics, and energy. This multidisciplinary conference will bring together passionate researchers, experts, and practitioners, offering a platform to establish connections, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration.

MME-2024 will focus on key topics such as computational mechanics, nanomaterials and composites engineering, failure analysis and diagnostics, as well as the application of solar energy in mechanical engineering systems and new energy conversion processes. This third edition of the conference will not be limited to these established domains but will also address emerging and growing areas such as biomechanics, additive manufacturing, hydrogen, engineering and healthcare, as well as artificial intelligence. These emerging subjects play an increasingly important role in the fields of mechanics, materials, and energy, offering new perspectives and research opportunities. MME-2024 will provide participants with the opportunity to explore the latest advancements and trends in these areas, promote idea exchange, and encourage collaboration among researchers, experts, and practitioners.

The conference will be structured into three main sections: Mechanics, Materials, and Energy, with internationally renowned speakers and invited experts from around the world in each section. This tripartite organization will allow participants to benefit from a comprehensive and focused experience, enabling them to delve into their specific areas of interest and expertise. Our distinguished guest speakers will bring a wealth of knowledge and diverse perspectives to enrich discussions and broaden horizons in the fields of Mechanics, Materials, and Energy.

The conference is open to submissions on the topics presented in the table below but is not limited to them. All other contributions in the three sections are welcome.
